How to interpret the result
Use a stable set of canonical, indexable URLs. Redirects and intentional exclusions belong outside the eligible count.
Publisher example
If 540 of 600 eligible submitted URLs are indexed, coverage is 90%. Investigate the remaining 60 from the same submitted set before using the number to judge crawl access.
